Purpose
A music archive is never just a folder of files. It holds different editions, uncertain sources, alternate versions, careful tags, and years of decisions.
AudioCanon reads the files and the structure around them, then brings related albums and recordings together. It also spots duplicates and inconsistencies that are easy to miss in a large collection.
It offers suggestions without pretending every answer is certain. You can see what it found, decide whether it is right, and leave the source files alone until you choose otherwise.

AudioCanon is already running as a packaged macOS application. Archive View, Reference Mode, artwork search, Personal Collection, and the protected archive tools are working. The remaining work is about reliability, accessibility, and the details that make V1.0 feel finished.
